I have a new comp and loaded DF@ (shhhhh ) on it just cause I wanna play but it wont let me update it. Im using Vista so any of you guys have a idea on what to do?

Its easy to do Summer. Just right mouse click over the .exe icon. You can usually do this even with desktop shortcuts. At the top menu list you will see "Compatibility". Just check the box and use the drop down menu to choose your compatibility mode.
The only comp I have with Vista on it is my laptop. I have not installed DF2 on it but I do run other older software with no issues.
umm, if you just reinstalled, and it won't let you login, make sure you have the lobby update installed. They changed their IP's when they were going out of business. You can still use CB, but it works kind of funny in Vista, it wasn't really designed for that.
